How to measure:

Stimulate the nipple: Gently rub your nipple so it is erect and perky.

Use the measuring holes: Place your nipple into the circles on the size guide one by one.

Find the best fit: Choose the smallest hole that your nipple fits into comfortably without rubbing the sides, and while the guide sits flush against your areola. Note the millimeter (mm) size.

Calculate your flange size: Add 2-3mm to your nipple size to get your correct flange size.

Care instructions:

Silicone flanges are easy to clean and sterilise. Use warm soapy water for cleaning and sterilise only once a day or once in 2 days.

When to replace flanges:

Replace your flange inserts every 2-3 months, or sooner if you notice a sudden dip in supply. If you're exclusively pumping and it's been 2 months since your last set, it's time to refresh.
